Part F Building Regulations 2010 introduced the requirement to verify practical performance of ventilation in new dwellings in Berwick upon Tweed against design. The purpose of Building Regulation Part F 2010 - F1 'Means of ventilation' is to ensure that 'adequate means of ventilation is provided for people in the building', therefore improving the performance of the building and the indoor air quality for occupants of both new and existing dwellings in Berwick upon Tweed.
