These beautiful new homes produce zero carbon emissions with each property being AA energy rated. E2 were asked to test these incredible buildings following a successful partnership on previous projects.
E2 Consultants have carried out the SAP Calculations, CODE Assessments, EPCs and Air Leakage Tests on over one hundred Heritage Homes including all the Holland Park developments. On top of which, using new thermographic technology some leakage areas were detected that were quickly rectified.
When asked about working with E2, the Technical Manager at Heritage Homes said: "Working with E2 Consultants since 2014, we know how thorough and effective they are. We have to ensure we have proactive consultants and E2 are always readily available on the phone if any problems transpire."
Heritage Homes have designed and built a series of highly desirable three and four bedroom homes that provide clean, energy-efficient living ready for the future. Each home is 75% more efficient than those built under the 2010 building regulations thanks to the triple-glazed windows.
