Display Energy Certificates For Public Buildings (DEC) & Advisory Reports have been a legal requirement since Oct 08.

Public buildings in Wantage require DEC, as do those occupied by public authorities with have a total floor area > 1,000m2 (GIA) and provide a public service to a large number of people, e.g. a hospital or a school.
