What Does BREEAM Stand For?
First published by the Building Reseearch Establishment (BRE) in 1990 covering buildings across West Kilbride, BREEAM stands for Building Research Establishment's Enviromental Assement Method.
What Is A BREEAM Rating?
The BREEAM ratings for new, non-domestic buildings in West Kilbride are as follows: Pass (standard good practice) for the top 75%, Good (intermediate good practice) for the top 50%.
