How Is BREEAM Assessed?

BREEAM's aim is to educate building designers, owners and occupiers throughout Yat about the impact their building has on the local area. How To Achieve BREEAM Excellence

• Excellent: 70%+
• Very Good: 55%+
• Good: 45%+
• Pass: 30%+
• Unclassified: <30%

What Are The Benefits of BREEAM?
