Display Energy Certificates For Public Buildings (DEC) & Advisory Reports have been a legal requirement since Oct 08.

Public buildings in Glasgow require Display Energy Certificates, as do those occupied by public authorities with have a total floor area > 1,000m2 (GIA) and provide a public service to a large number of people, e.g. a hospital or a school.

Your Display Energy Certificates will show the energy performance of a building based on actual energy consumption as recorded annually over periods up to the last three years.
